Left-click %26quot;Manage Your Server%26quot; from the server %26quot;Start%26quot; menu. This icon also be accessed from %26quot;Start %26gt;Programs %26gt;Administrative Tools %26gt;Manage Your Server.%26quot; This icon manages all the settings for your server.



Step 2

Left-click %26quot;Add or Remove Roles,%26quot; from the manage window. This will start the configuration wizard which will prompt you for all the necessary information you will need to setup your Exchange server. Make sure to record the master-user credentials that you set in a secure place as you will need them to access this server in the future.



Step 3

Click %26quot;Next%26quot; until you get to your server role. For Microsoft Exchange, select %26quot;Mail Server (Pop3, SMTP).%26quot; Click %26quot;Next%26quot; after you have selected mail server.



Step 4

Select the authentication method and domain name of your server. The domain name will be the purchased name or IP address that you have registered or use internally. Select %26quot;Local Windows Account%26quot; for authentication. This will let your users use the same information for every computer.
