How do I find a foreign exchange student in Hawkes Bay New Zealand?

All my parent's children have moved out of home and they are looking for a foreign exchange student to come board with them. There is an Eastern Institute of Technology nearby, so perhaps students from there, or even someone who isn't a student but is around that age would be fine, but we are finding it hard to proceed.
