After over 3 years of faithfull service, my Xbox 360 kicked the bucket. I called into Microsoft and was happy to be informed that I won't have to buy a new console. exchange service. with my experience good, my controller broke and they shipped a new one out for free that took just 1 week. but when i got 3 red lights, they would not repair my console for free because it was out of warranty. hope this helped
