How do i exchange memory to another xbox 360 hard drive?

You need an official xbox transfer kit. You can buy them used for about 10 bucks. It should come with a DVD and a cable. Once you get it, pop the dvd in and follow the instructions. It will tell you how to connect the hardrives. It will then transfer the files from the 12gb drive to the 120gb drive, and then it will erase all content on the 12gb drive.
