How to stop outlook 2007 deleting inbox messages from exchange server after hitting send/receive?

Every time I click %26quot;Send/Receive%26quot; in Outlook 2007, it automatically moves all messages from my inbox on the exchange server to my personal folder inbox. This means that I cannot access my messages on any other computer but this one. Can't figure out how to stop it.
