How do you transfer objects from the sims 3 exchange to the game?

I got like a ton of stuff from the sims 3 exchange and i installed it all but idk what to do from there. how do you get installed items from the exchange to the game? thanks!How do you transfer objects from the sims 3 exchange to the game?First you open the launcher to the game and click on the downloads button on the side panel. After that you check all the things you want to download into the game and then click the install button. It should pull up a separate window showing the installation process. Once it's all done installing open the game and depending on what you installed, all the items will appear in different places. The clothes, hairstyles and sims are in the CAS, the furniture, paint, and flooring etc. is in the build/buy mode, houses are in the edit neighborhood area under unoccupied houses. The custom content had the little green plumbob on it showing that it's from the exchange. After that you need to wait for it to finish downloading then you select all of them and click install. Once thats done, press play. It should be in there now :]
