I LOOKED @ WEBLINKS 4 AN ANSWER...OK WHEN WE PICK NUMBERS %26amp; #1 PICKS FIRST OF COURSE HOW CAN #1 EXCHANGE THERE ORNAMENT? IF THERE DA ONLY ONE WHO PICKED %26amp; WANTS 2 EXCHANGE IT. After the first person has chosen, the next person can either choose a different, or steal the present from someone else. Each present can only be stolen once.



ex: Mark's name was chosen first so he chose a present. Kathy was the next name chosen and instead of taking a present out of the pile she chose to steal Mark's present. Kathy is now %26quot;stuck%26quot; with her present and Mark gets to choose a new one.
